And for the REAL "coup-de-grace" against the referendum, the Miami Herald
trumpets the really important breaking news:

"Chávez's ex-wife attacks reforms"

http://www.miamiherald.com/news/breaking_news/story/323843.html

In the meantime, they continue the process of promoting the student opposition,
however minor the event:

"In Caracas Tuesday, about 300 placard-waving students gathered outside the
Catholic University Andres Bello, occupying a highway for four hours and causing
rush-hour traffic jams, to urge Venezuelans to vote ''no'' on Sunday."

Don't you WISH that you could hold a demonstration of 300 people and get it
reported in the Miami Herald? It's easy, really. You just have to hold the
"right" demonstration. Emphasis on "right."
