Group is asking for your submissions to the specialty group newsletter. The next issue will be published in October 2008. Please send your materials before October 6, 2008. The newsletter currently reaches about eight hundred readers and is an excellent venue for getting the word out on community news, departmental happenings, research findings, media appearances, and the like. We invite you to submit commentaries or features of broad interest to specialty group members. The newsletter is a good place to post calls for papers, proposals, awards, grants, fellowships, and jobs. It is now also the perfect timing of advertisements for special sessions or other activities of next year's AAG meeting in Las Vegas.
