The BFD drive on the fan has failed and fixing it is beyond the 
capabilities of the HVAC group here at the university.  Richard Tyson, 
the supervisor in HVAC, has called an outside electrician to come and 
look at the problem and let him know what it will take to fix it.  
Richard will call and let us know what the plan is as soon as he hears 
from the electrician.  I'll be in touch--
