[Fcs-staff] Printer problem

I was advised by Faith in Computing to turn the printer in 228 off for 
about a half hour.  We got a Service Error message and she said it was 
because there had been a power surge.  At about 1:50pm I'll turn it back 
on.  If we still get that message, she told me to send a Help Desk 
request for service.

Here's hoping one-half hour will do it!
