The 230 printer seems to be working now.

We believe we have resolved your case about "can't print from AEB 230".  The resolution is:

I've cleared the lock preventing printing to the copier. As I mentioned, this is an ongoing issue. We are working to permanently resolve it, but in the meantime please continue to notify us as soon as you see a problem. Thank you.
