I'm not quite sure that decentralization is all its cracked up to be

REALLY? WHY NOT? IT WOULD SEEM TO ME TO BE THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN
AVOID THE "LOST IN THE SUPER VOTE MARKET" THAT JUSTIN RIGHTLY CRITIQUES
IN CENTRALIZED PLANNING (AND IN THE STATE PART OF HIS OWN MARKET SOCIALISM,
 WHERE
IT IS INEVITABLE, I WOULD CONTEND).

I JUST REMEMBERED AN ARTICLE IN ATC, SHORTLY AFTER MINE, SO IT MUST OF
BEEN 34 OR 35 (I'LL CHECK), BY A "J. DAVID EDELSTEIN" (ALWAYS GET HIM MIXED
UP WITH F. MURRAY ABRAHAM) WONDERFUL ARTICLE USING THE PARIS COMMUNE
AS A MODEL FOR DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISM. COMRADE EDELSTEIN, ARE YOU OUT THERE?
DOES ANYBODY KNOW THIS COMRADE, WHAT ELSE HE'S WRITTEN AND WHERE, AND HOW
WE CAN GET IN TOUCH?

TOM
