That would probably be Paul Cockshott and myself.  If you can deal
with postscript files, try getting soccalc.ps and hayek1945.ps from
the economics archive at Colorado.  Using a WWW browser, you'd
open the URL


These two files contain, respectively, a copy of the article on the
socialist calculation debate that we published in Review of Political
Economy in 1993, and a working paper which deals specifically
with Hayek's 1945 AER article "The Use of Knowledge in Society".

If postscript is no good to you, send a request for hard copy.
