Tim Wolforth, I'll have a reply to you before too long, but I would like
to get one little piece of information from you before I proceed. Would
you supply the chapter and verse for Lenin's "insisting" on one man (sic)
management? (You wouldn't be putting words in the dead leader's mouth,
you naughty thing.)


PS:
The last name is spelled Proyect not Proyject or Projyect. It is
Yiddish for the counting-house of a tax-farmer, prevalent in the Minsk
district in the mid 1800's.
