Apologies if you've seen information about this bill elsewhere.  We
should note that left or progressive use of the internet has already been
under attack elsewhere in the world--in Italy and Mexico at least, to my
knowledge.

As the message points out, there are a number of petitions in
circulation.  The least each of us can do is add our name, or else the
question of how this list can be most productive will no longer be of
much relevance.
