On those regulation theory references, I remember seeing a number of papers
in the following journals:

_Studies in Political Economy_

_Review of Radical Political Economics_

_Environment and Planning D: Society and Space_

One paper which may be of particular interest is

Jamie Peck and Yoshihiro Miyamachi, 'Regulating Japan? Regulation theory
versus the Japanese Experience', _Environment and Planning D: Society and
Space_, Vol. 12, 1994, pp. 639-674.

This paper discusses Lipietz's 'Post-Fordism and the international debate
around Toyotist Japan' (in Japanese, 1992) and a number of other texts in
Japanese.
