Louis: I think you mean "fraction", Jerry. But otherwise this account
has a vivid you-are-there quality. It's just amazing how many people have
identical tales to tell. You're completely right, this isn't something
Barnes introduced into the SWP. He learned this from Dobbs who learned it
from Cannon.

The kind of socialist party I am trying to help build will be one in
which thousands of workers a day join by sending in e-mail after reading
something inspiring on the internet. No more plant gate sales! No more
"petty-bourgeois" baiting. Down with cultism. Down with sectarianism.
Long live socialism.
