Louis: I apologize. I meant to include Charles Bukowski, Gary Snyder,
Stephen King, Ezra Pound, Frederic Nietzsche and Marcel Merlau-Ponty in
the list but it slipped my mind. Getting old, I guess. Tch-tch.
