Ahh Aldolfo is still trying to pull Lenin out of context in order to shine
up the bronze statue of Stalin sitting by his computer. Because anybody that
has read Lenin seriously realizes that everything Lenin *did* was to create
time so that the isolated Soviet Union would not go down in defeat.

The peace with Germany, the building of the third International, and just
about everything Lenin *did* was in relationship to extending the revolution
to other countries and especially advanced industrial countries.

Stalin on the other hand turned Lenin upside down and the policies were to
defend the privileleges of the Bureaucracy and the Soviet Union at the
expense of the Spanish Proletariat, The German Proletariat etc.

so that is the big difference. Trotsky was on Lenin side in this.

Then again it appears that the quote in fact comes from a Stalin phamplet
when he was making the turn away from Lenin.
