Nestor: I'm glad you've been able to put the Patron Costas book to such
good use. We need more inernational collaboration like this. This Summer
I'll be teaching "Modern Latin America" and, of course, will devote quite a
bit of time to Argentina. Your insights have been extremely helpful, and
I'll be sure to mention the 2000 wave of strikes to my students.
