At 5:38 pm Lima time, one hour and 38% after the polls closed:

Protests and opposition rallies continue throughout the country, as the
vote counts come in. In several cities burning tires have been placed
in the streets, as police presence increases near opposition rallying
points.

So far it seems that Fujimori is winning, with blank or spoiled ballots
coming in second, and Toledo third.
