Many scientists, certainly.  But all?  That statement sounds like
propaganda to me, unless you have the amazing ability to read the minds of
all scientists.

Again, the issue isn't scientific research, it's the ethics of those
conducting the research.  Also, this raising of scientists to the level of
a priesthood who cannot be questioned.  While I don't necessarily agree
with the animal rights movement, they do raise some valid questions.
