I'm glad he pointed this stupidity out to me, which Melvyn Bragg uttered and
I foolishly repeated. Welsh, also of course, was a written tongue. Bragg's
chuavinist history of the English language completely ignored the Celtic
fringe, of course. Thanks, Domhnall.
