How does the demand for immediate withdrawal ("Bring the Troops Home Now!")
of U.S. forces conflict with the principle of self-determination of the
Iraqi people? M. Rateau, if you would stimulate your little grey cells, you
will arrive at the conclusion that if *all* U.S. troops leave Iraqi soil
immediately, the Iraqi people will be in a concrete position to determine
their own destiny. They certainly cannot do so otherwise.
