Dear Gary, you are so right about Eamon McCann -- more clever and
witty than wise, like George Bernard Shaw. But unfortunately, like the
Fabian Shaw, his problem becomes our problem. {[Condensed, cryptic and
gnomic enough for you? :-)]}



I agree with you: "So will Orangeism endure? The answer is only as
long as it suits the interest of the British ...".



But it does suit the British, and looks as if it will continue to do
so. There is always a logical "possibility of a fact that Albion may
well prove perfidious for the "Wee North".



It's just not Pygmalion likely.
