Alternately, they could end up dumping Blair before the next election
and replacing him with some equally New Labour type not publicly seen to
be as compromised by a love-in with Bush.
That way they could get re-elected and keep the domestic policies going.
The Tories still seem so munted as not to be a serious challenge to New
