In the light of the Administrations complaining (pre-Iraq-invasion) about
Iraq's (perfectly reasonable and completely understandable) insistence on
having either government officials or tape recorders present at the
interviews of Iraqi scientists by UN weapons inspectors, this story becomes
even more amusing:

The "National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States" is now
complaining about the lack of cooperation from the government with its
investigations, and in particular "[Commission Chair Tom] Kean said he has
been particularly troubled by the Bush administration's insistence on having
a Justice Department official present when commission representatives
interview federal officials.
