In this, "the positive" corresponds to relative form of value, the
"negative" corresponds to equivalent form of value, and the identity
refers to value.

We must not evaluate Hegel's dialectical" "method" rather we must
analyze Hegel's concrete "content" of logic.

Form is interesting.

Where in lies the antagonism and why is this important if it is in
fact important or meaningful. Curious as to your interpetation.

"The primary or isolated relative form of value of one commodity
converts some other commodity into an isolated equivalent. The
expanded form of relative value, which is the expression of the value
of one commodity in terms of all other commodities, endows those other
commodities with the character of particular equivalents differing in
kind. And lastly, a particular kind of commodity acquires the
character of universal equivalent, because all other commodities make
it the material in which they uniformly express their value.

"The antagonism between the relative form of value and the equivalent
form, the two poles of the value-form, is developed concurrently with
that form itself.

The first form, 20 yds. of linen = one coat, already contains this
antagonism, without as yet fixing it. According as we read this
equation forwards or backwards, the parts played by the linen and the
coat are different. In the one case the relative value of the linen is
expressed in the coat, in the other case the relative value of the
coat is expressed in the linen. In this first form of value,
therefore, it is difficult to grasp the polar contrast." Capital
