Liu: Was the "terrorist" who atacked 101st Airborne a U.S. soldier?

It's depressing that a general point about revolutionary discipline made by
Henry Liu has been the occasion of a moralistic stampede in which Henry's
point has become obscured and distorted while others rehearse their
indignation. Henry has been around long enough for his views and political
orientation to be known. I have learnt a good deal from him, despite the
efforts of others on other lists to denigrate him. A few simple but
effective questions could have elicited greater clarification for those
thought police whose trigger fingers are obviously better trained against
comrades than capitalism.
