By ANSWER mobilization flyers I mean the downloadable flyers for
specific demonstrations, e.g.
<http://www.internationalanswer.org/images/o25sticker.jpg>. I like
the color, size, font, and visual composition of the date in the
October 25th flyer & sticker -- very lovely and modern. The visual
rhetoric that evokes a feeling of internationalism out of a striking
montage of portraits of Iraqi and American griefs is also memorable.
The date, the US soldier, and the Iraqi man form an inverted
triangle, which makes the composition dramatic and dynamic.

By ANSWER leaflets, I mean 2-4 page leaflets that present ANSWER
analyses, e.g.
<http://www.internationalanswer.org/pdf/Iraq%20Hist%20Persp%20RB.pdf>.
I don't care for the font (which I think is called "textile") used
for the title in each of the above examples. The overall visual
impression is a wee bit busy. I think that the leaflets would
benefit from more white spaces between paragraphs and columns.

The Chicago ANSWER flyers are too dominated by consistently
horizontal arrangement of words and photos, which makes them short on
pleasant surprises.

I guess what I don't like about the visual aspect of _Workers World_
is its masthead. I agree that _Workers World_ is prettier than
_Workers' Vanguard_, but that's setting the standard too low. :-) I
feel that the _Revolutionary Worker_ has way too much color. It's a
good question if anyone has a pretty socialist newspaper.

I like the photo used on the cover at
<http://www.greenleft.org.au/back/2004/579/cover.jpg>, but aren't the
layout and color scheme of the page for "Howard Escalates War on
Indigenous People" <http://www.greenleft.org.au/> too cute?
