The DSP has also reprinted a couple of articles by Peter Seidman of the
US SWP answering a similar slander from the US ADL in the early 70s,
one of which takes up the dubious record of the Zionist movement in
saving Jews pre- and during WWII, and also the SWP's attempts to
organise a movement demanding "open the doors" to Jewish refugees from
the Nazis, including organising in the face of opposition from the CP
and Jewish social democrats a 50 000 strong rally against a Nazi
meeting in New York in 1939. These articles are in a pamphlet
"Anti-semitism, Zionism and the Palestinian struggle" that Aussies
could get from Resistance Centre or the Resistance Books site. Maybe
the SWP still reprints them somewhere.

I can assure the somewhat confused David Murray that Stalin did not
write this pamphlet either. However, lest any Trotskyists feel a bit
unclean reading Stalin's article "Marxism and the National Question"
that as Ben also mentioned the DSP has reprinted (and is also at the
MIA at
http://www.marxists.org/reference/archive/stalin/works/1913/03.htm ), I
recall that Trotsky said somewhere that this was the only decent thing
that Stalin wrote (in 1913), mainly because Lenin helped him closely
with it.
