[Marxism] Cuba reconstruction question

In Seattle they showed, on TV weather, one of those storm tracking radar
images that goes by in three seconds and is repeated throughout the entire
segment, like for a whole minute. So we got to see Charley go right through
the middle of Cuba about twenty times and the weatherperson never mentioned
Cuba ONCE, not once. It was incredible.

It's received nary a mention in the U.S. press, but most folks on this list
probably know that Hurricane Charley hit Cuba and caused significant damage,
including "2,916 partial and total collapses of buildings in City of Havana
and Habana provinces" according to Granma
<http://www.granma.cu/ingles/2004/agosto/mar17/34charley-i.html>.
