	Amidst all the opposition screaming of fraud, one thing seems to have gone 
unnoticed until today-- in Teodor Petkoff's 'Tal Cual': add up the votes 
for the 5 municipalities in Caracas, and you discover that the 'Si' vote 
won in metropolitan Caracas by 51 to 49%-; ie., if the upcoming regional 
election were to follow the same pattern (and the opposition vote was not 
split), the Metropolitan area (and thus the dreaded Metropolitan police) 
would be in the hands of the opposition. The differences were incredible--- 
the largest area (Libertador), covering much of the hills went 56% 'No' in 
contrast to 3 opposition areas in the east of the city (80, 79, 82%). 
There's class division for you!
