Those who can read Spanish may profit by a recent exchange (of the
last week) on Reconquista Popular, where some members were attacking
the essentially correct exchange rate policies implemented by Hugo
Chávez and others defended it.

The exchange rate issue is directly related with the definitions on
the productive structure of the country.

And it has provoked an outburst of class struggle on Reconquista
Popular.

The debate took place between Víctor Morón, Julio Fernández Baraibar
and the undersigned (on one side) and "Defensores del Bolívar", Eudes
Vera and somebody else whose name now escapes me.

Anyone interested in actual class war in the Third World and in
Venezuela should read it. The opportunities to see what is it,
really, that underlies the massacres at Llaguno Bridge are few. And
Reconquista Popular has allowed us to do it.
