Subject: Re: [Arg_Solid] Presidents of Bolivia and Argentina meet

This reminds me of something I've been meaning to ask: all the stories
about the Bolivia referendum mention Brazil's state-owned Petrobras as
one of the three putting pressure on the government. Isn't this another
instance of Lula selling out?

At the end the article mentions a coming visit to Venezuela. One would
hope oil workers from all countries concerned could meet and work out a
program of struggle and counterpose their own vision of how to use oil
revenues for the people (which of course would start with ousting
Mesa...)
