Actually, though, aren't most Supreme Court decisions like this?  The
court interprets but has no responsibility for implementation or
oversight in the administration of its decisions.  Remember Brown v.
Board of Education in 1954?

..or, for that matter, there was that excellent ruling of the Court in
favor of the Cherokee Nation against the state of George over Indian
removal. Andy Jackson's reply to that last one was that the Supreme
Court didn't have an army, while he did...and he ordered it move the
Cherokee and other groups over the Trail of Tears to the west.  I expect
the current Chief Executive Bozo will take the same stance.
