And so what? Really, so what?

 Nothing special about  this being done in India, is there really?
Answering phones for American Express in Ft. Worth, Texas or Mumbai,
what's the difference?

Cyber-coolies?  Bullshit. Graduates doing mind-numbing labor?  Aw, too
bad.  Jeez, we should be sure to restrict that to the less educated.

Conditions in the call centers are much better than conditions are for
the hundreds of thousands, and even millions, of workers, overwhelmingly
female, employed, and fired at will, in the textile centers of Asia.
