   Well, Trotsky was just deported from the Soviet Union, and Turkey 
agreed to accept the expelled Trotsky. 

   Since you are learning Turkish, you might be interested in the book 
"Troçki Istanbul'da" by Ömer Sami Cosar (with S-cedille), published in 
1969 in Istanbul by "Kitas Yayinlari".
