Except for the occasional counter-revolutionary terrorist Cuban
exiles like Luis Posada Carriles or Orlando Bosch. Posada is not a
citizen of the United States of America, neither by birth or
nationality. He entered the U.S.A. without legal permission two years
ago, yet he walks freely in Miami without difficulty. The United
States has accused him of illegal entry into the country, but its
efforts, such as they are, haven't been upheld in the courts of the
United States, so he walks freely, sells his art work to raise funds
publicly in Miami, and is generally unmolested. It would come as no
surprise if all efforts at prosecuting this known international
terrorist were mysteriously dropped in the final days of the Bush

Orlando Bosch was admitted to the United States during the presidency
of George H.W. Bush, against the strong recommendation of the U.S.
embassy in Venezuela, due to his role in the Cubana bombingn of
1976. And these are only the most prominent terrorists who are
welcomed to live in the United States during its much=ballyhooed
"war on terrorism", except for the convenient exceptions.
