I should have mentioned that in the final minute of The Turkish Hour 
segment, an American Indian invitee told the gathering that it is 
entirely possible that the shared language elements originated in the 
New World (for lack of a better word--maybe Turtle Island?) and 
disseminated to Asia. He said this with a smile on his face, even 
though he was quite serious. This prompted applause from the gathering.
