The article said:

Whether or not Fidel also did this is irrelevant here. Note that the
article is not talking about "speaking less" -- that's your words, not
the article's. It's talking about Chavez signing a lot of documents,
and making "almost every decision himself". No, this is NOT good if it
is true. Good leaders must delegate and train other leaders.
And even if Fidel had done this, it was not good. Fidel is not God,
you know -- though reading your posts one would think that you believe
he is :-)
