Overthrown, of course not. This is a task for socialists.
Damaged, certainly yes. This is a task for all radicals.
If this were not the case, then why do imperialist bourgeoisies
systematically fight against this kind of governments.
And what is more important, "national capitalisms" are not just such,
they are moments in the development of national revolutions. Which is
the struggle where the masses in the semicolonial (yes, semicolonial)
world get their historical consciousness.
