[Marxism] Will socialists support socialists in Queensland state election?

Of course it hasn't happened. Socialists do not support socialists because
the far left Marxian orgs here in Australia rule their politics absolutely
by sectarianism.

Here's the checklist:

Q: Does the Revolutionary Socialist Party support the Socialist Alliance
candidates in the Qld state elections?
Ans: No

Q: Does Solidarity (and its ISO inclusion) support the Socialist Alliance
candidates in the Qld state elections?
Ans: No

Q: Does Socialist Alternative support the Socialist Alliance candidates in
the Qld state elections?
Ans: No

Why am I not surprised?

Do they support anyone? The major bourgeois parties for instance? Are they
in fact secretly rooting for uranium mines in Queensland and massive cuts to
the state budget? Do they support the damming of the Mary River?

Who friggin knows! They aren't touching this election with ten foot barge
pole!

Why? Because the SA is standing candidates in it and it isn't a polarized
election.

The problem is that on the question of who they should support they have to
make a DECISION and any decision would leave them open to the complication
of justifying why they actively oppose the Socialist Alliance project --
its politics, its potential , its trajectory, and its candidates. A ruling
that also has to deal with the question of the Queensland Greens. I mean if
you don't support the SA then you have to argue why the Qld Greens are a
much better political option.

So what do these bastions of Marxist methodology do or say -- these ever so
real revolutionaries dedicated to theoretical correctness and true grit
editorial analysis? Nothing.

They ignore the issue completely.

Not one word. They don't want to know about it.

They don't even have the political guts to say,"No. We do not support the
Socialist Alliance because...."

Or;"We think you should Vote 1 Greens. (Ignore the SA) and Vote 2 ALP."

So they hide from the issue completely because to rule on it would require
them to publicly articulate and justify their preferred take on the SA and
lead them into a hypocritical stance in regard to the Indigenous struggle in
this country.

"Comrades come rally"...?

Not at all.
