[Marxism] Can capitalism survive?

That's a lot different than believing capitalism will fail and socialism can
work because some members of the elite switch allegiance.

We can throw quotes at each other forever, but the point of capital is that
it exists only in the organization of wage-labor; it can only be overthrown
by its identical opposite. The work of the revolution is the class
emancipating itself by itself, and from itself, by taking control of all
the mechanisms of social reproduction; by making all its-self equal masters,
not because an elite figures out how ration labor time.

That is also why egalitarianism and a radical democracy are so essential to
the revolution and in particular in the transition, during the dictatorship
of the proletariat.
