It will depend on youtube, but a large part on the owner. Classical
music usually doesn't have a heavy censor. On Dylan, it will depend on
Dylan **and** the company that owns the copyright to his songs.
Companies will not only use youtube coding  to pull it down, but also
have their own software/staff to search youtube. In the end, your vid
might there for years. ;)
