Statements like this drive me up a wall. As our moderator has already noted, this is just using "dialectically" as a fancy synonym for "on the one hand, on the other hand."
Any true socialist revolution will prove itself by sentencing to long jail sentences anyone who throws around the word "dialectic" in casual conversations without being an expert on The Phenomenology of Mind or the Science of Logic.
But seriously, anyone who makes such casual use of the word "dialectic" really is not worth taking seriously. It's the practice of leftist sects everywhere: "but you're just not seeing things dialectically!"
