Above all Thomas Pynchon (especially Gravity's Rainbow, but the most recent Inherent Vice as well) and much of Don DeLillo's output.  Paul Auster even dedicated "Leviathan" to DeLillo.

How about Peter Weiss?  The "Aesthetics of Resistance" is available in an English translation, I believe.
