Not really. 

Conspiracism seems to hold that the world works the way it does because a handful of shadowy individuals are secretly in control. Action against those in control seems to be limited to exposure, which is supposed to have something akin to a magical effect (i.e., if the true killers of JFK are unmasked, the long lost virtue of the American republic would be restored). Since, by definition, "exposure" never occurs, the only response is fatalism..  SR.
