[Marxism] Retirement Thoughts

Louis,
          I am also in the same boat as you. After 35 years of working in an Indian Government owned Heavy Engineering Company  (BHEL), as a specialist designer, I had retired on attaining 60 years of age. The change, though expected and I was looking forward to it, was to say the least - destabilizing. I retired on June 23rd and on 24th, I occupied my desk at the Marxist Research Center at Hyderabad, India. It was not just a shifting of place, but a whole lot different. This is a voluntary job, a Party assignment and very satisfying. But the loss of identity as a professional engineer hurts somewhere deep inside....
Well, there has to be a change someday and life is like that.
