[Marxism] Fletcher/Davidson versus Occupy

Just came from a meeting of OWS, labor and community allies to plan the
one-year anniversary events.

About 40 to 50 people, including some people who in their non-Occupy lives
are 100% pro-Democrat (see for instance the Times report today on the new
liberal coalition targeting Romney's education policies and completely
letting Obama off the hook, when he holds the same exact policies!)

But NO-ONE in the room spoke in favor of any Democrat, and several said
explicitly that none of the events would have anything to do with ANY
partisan politics.

After all this time the anti-Dem, anti-Republican ethos of Occupy is STILL
so dominant that NO-ONE dares say anything in an Occupy meeting in favor of
either party.

That, as I said before, is what scares the shit out of Fletcher/Davidson
(well that plus how blatantly and explicitly pro-system, antiworking class,
anti people of color, antiwomen, pro-genocide, his record is).
