But of course "consciously and continuously building the solidarian  
society" ("building socialism") was the proclaimed ideological  
justification for every stalinist tyranny. And it was just a disguise  
for their peculiar form of capitalism.  To talk of "the  
reestablishment of capitalism, as occurred in the former Soviet Union  
and its Eastern European allies" is nothing but ideological apologia  
for those state-capitalist "builders of socialism."
