Jim, I agree with you; however, they seem more tolerant when the plant
is foreign owned.

> I think it's noteworthy that the Chinese government seems to be a bit more tolerant of labor actions in their country than they have been in the past.  I think that the recent recession has also convinced them that there is less of a future for them in exporting to the US and EU, so they need to beef up their domestic markets which can only be done by raising wages in China.
