Who knows why Paul Le Blanc is dignifying this slimy gathering. Maybe
the prospect of speaking from a podium is a drug more powerful than
Oxycontin. But what does this say about the grasp of "socialism from
below" and all that other sanctimonious jive when your main theoretician
on how to create a blemish-free revolutionary party is going to lend his
name to a group that has just run a kangaroo court to help a top leader
avoid the consequences of the most brutal crime short of murder. And
then when leading members of the party organize a faction to set things
right, they meet bureaucratic obstacles as bad as any I ever saw in the
American group with the same name.
Hypocrisy reigns supreme.
