[Marxism] [Critical-Syria] A very good example Left misdirection in the face of Russian aggression in Syria

Hilarious. Russia launches massive aggression in Syria, and in response NATO is rattling sabres by agreeing “to set up two NATO units in Hungary and Slovakia”, while Turkey warns, regarding two Russian overflights, that it wouldn’t want any “tension” with Russia.

Frankly, there is the potential for the Russian action to lead to NATO “sabre rattling” if only from the point of view of saving face and US-Russian big-power rivalry. And given how little the US and NATO have done to aid Syrians over the last 4 years, I’d hardly find anything honest about it, nor expect much more than rhetoric, expect much of consequence, in increased aid to the Syrians on the ground. Yet even talking about such potentially shallow and dishonest sabre-rattling ... is the content of the article all there is? The “anti-imperialists” really are scratching for evidence.
