Hitler had already alluded to the 'final solution' by 1939 for a start. Disregarding what this rhetoric may imply for Palestinians for a moment, holocaust deniers such as David Irving, Le Penn Snr et al must be delighted that their filth has been given such succour from Bibi of all people.
