Job Title:  Implementation Consultant  - Kiva DMS

SUMMARY

Serves as primary on-site coordinator for Kiva DMS implementations.
Have the ability to grow in the job and perform more advanced functions
with more training.  Capable of completing implementations while working
under the direction of senior consultants. Critical skill is to be able
to learn new applications very quickly on the job. Maturity under
stressful situations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

? 55% Application installation and maintenance
? 20% Project Management
? 15% User Training
? 10% Conversion Testing


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities at this time, but may
entail mentoring and or training clients in Kiva tools and installation
techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be

? Oracle database installation on a variety of platforms (Windows NT
2000, UNIX)
? Oracle 9i application server
? Oracle Reports
? SQL
? PL/SQL
? Data conversion  /data mapping
? TOAD (optional)
? ColdFusion installation (optional)
? ArchIMS (optional)


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or at
least two years of related project management experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret detailed business practices and
legal documentation related to government agencies, data specifications,
technical writing, and contractual agreements.  Ability to respond to
common inquiries or complaints from customers.  Ability to effectively
present information to management, clients, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply the following mathematical concepts to practical
situations; fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.

REASONING ABILITY
Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and
draw valid conclusions.  Strong ability to interpret an extensive
variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and
deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Experience and / or training in Access and Business Systems Analysis.
Oracle, Oracle Forms and or Oracle Reports strongly preferred.

WORK SKILLS
Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team
environment, goal oriented, strong organization skills, ability to meet
deadlines, strong verbal and written communication, .project management,
multiple projects and product lines, client care, database concepts.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
None needed. Oracle Certified Professionals or Oracle certification
strongly preferred.
